Just had 200 feet of chain link fencing installed along one side of my property. Jeff in sales was great to work with and his installer, Leo, along with his work partner did a FANTASTIC job. My fence is absolutely in a Straight Line, and it looks great! I would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend, the whole experience was nothing but professional, Was only trying to gain some privacy on half of our yard Jim was able to come right out and quickly furnish us with a couple different options, after deciding to go with a life long vinyl we kept deciding we wanted a little more and they were able to add that on flawlessly with no interruption in installation. Now I can only speak for 1 of straight lines professional installation crews but if they are all as hard working , polite, and dedicated as Tommy and his crew their company will outlast my fences lifetime warranty WELL DONE straight-line definitely the BEST in the business

We hired Straight Line to put in a fence and multiple gates in our backyard. Jim did a great job answering all our questions during the process. Our yard is uneven in places and we appreciated Leo and the install crew taking the time to make sure the fence was level and verifying with us that it was how we wanted it. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely recommend 11/10. Jim was so kind, to the point, and quick with the whole project! As a female homeowner, I really appreciate not being talked down to by men in trades (ladies, you know what I mean) and these folks were SO helpful and made me feel so safe!!
Charlie and Bradee did an ACE job. I’ll definitely be coming back to them if I need some more fence work done. I can’t believe how quickly it was done and for a very reasonable price.

Amazing, professional company to work with! They were the only company to even contact me back when I sought out quotes in the Traverse City area for a fence. From the first contact before our project, to the last conversation after they completed I had nothing but the most respectful, wonderful service! They handled all my questions, were gracious about my 2 Dalmatians ‘supervising’ them, and kept a clean workspace. They worked so quickly too! The experience start to end was excellent. Pete the sales representative always communicated with us on schedules and delays. The installer was a professional He was neat clean and made sure the fence was installed straight. He cleaned up during and after installation. Highly recommend.

We hired Straight Line to install a vinyl privacy fence for our backyard. They were recommended to us by a friend that also had used them for a fencing project. Buying a new fence can be a big investment, which can make it daunting but Jeff our salesperson was very responsive and answered all my questions making me feel at ease with the whole process. Their pricing was also very comparable to other companies in the area. Once we got to installation, Tom and his team did a wonderful job making the fence look great and we are very happy with the results. They were very polite, professional, attention to detail and communicated well regarding my installation options.

My Salesman: Jim My Installer: Jake These guys really pulled me out of a bad situation. My fencing job had already been started with a different company. After 6 weeks with no work being done I had to fire this Company. I got a hold of Jim, and within 1 weeks Alex was here to finish my fencing job. Was very pleased through the whole process. Jim Tomaszews was very friendly and professional answering any questions I had and offering suggestions regarding layout/materials. During fence installation Charlie and Tim were punctual, friendly and professional and did a great job. Fence was up in a matter of days and it looks amazing. Straight Line Fence was professional and quick to come out and install once we decided. Unlike the other fence companies I talked to, Pete listened and didn't try to oversell us or give us a ridiculous price like two different places did and those places also told us we had to wait three months for installation. I have recommended Straight Line to all my neighbors! Excellent quality, and they were done in two days. We fenced in our backyard, which has lots of trees that the installers had no issues working around. We had one large gate installed on the side of the house and a small one to access a small part of our backyard that we were not allowed to fence in due to HOA rules.

Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable with what options I had and offered different insight on how I could go about getting my project completed. They were able to get me a fair quote and responded quickly with any questions I had. After the work was completed I had a question on how a panel could potentially be removed to accomplish a separate project and Matt called me within a few minutes and explained how this could easily be done. Then even offered to come do it if we were not able to. I am very happy with the work that was completed and highly recommend!

Professional operation from the estimate to the final nail being hammered. The workers were courteous and hard working and built a magnificent fence. We usually get three estimates for any home project we intend. We didn’t need any more estimates after Straight Line Fence gave us theirs. Their price was amazing…it matches their work. We are extremely happy with the job Straight Line Fence has done, and will not hesitate to use them again.

Straight line did a wonderful job. They were able to schedule the job between other contractors jobs on site. the quality is wonderful and everything looks great. I had a wood fence as well as the 3 rail black aluminum fence installed. The price was competitive, I would recommend them. if you want to see it for yourself you can check it out at Double Dip Depot Ice Cream shop on Remembrance rd in Walker.
